High above Market Street, overlooking the Town Center Fountain and directly above Sweet Escapes Bakery, year after year of water intrusion continues to melt drywall into mold, as Lexin and the Town Center Foundation avoid necessary parapet wall repairs-FIRST reported to them by the owner in 2006.

What the heck, that’s ONLY ten years.
